Hakka cuisine, as one of the three Guangdong cuisines, consists of the infamous yong tau fu, fried pork, yam abacus, drunken chicken,ginger duck stew, stewed pork trotter in block vinegar, steamed mustard pork belly, pork trotter and etc. Apart from that, there are also the little-known stuffed eggs, chopped preserved radish, fried lotus root and stuffed oyster.
As a Hakka, I started learning to cook the traditional Hakka dishes from my parents since the age of seven. Several decades later, I have inherited the authentic cooking methods and recipes of the traditional Hakka dishes. As a result of my expertise in cooking, I have operated several Hakka restaurants in the past.
In recent years, I have consistently been informed that it is very difficult to taste authentic and delicious Hakka dishes in the market.
