客家菜为广东三大菜系之一 - 其中酿豆腐,炸猪肉,算盘子,黄酒鸡,姜芽鸭,猪脚醋,梅菜扣肉,芋头扣肉,元蹄等都是本地受欢迎的传统客家美食。另外,还有哪鲜为人知的酿蛋角,咸蛋菜埔鸡,炒莲藕和酿壕士。

身为客家人的我,从七岁起便向父母学烹煮传统客家美食 - 数十年后的今天,以被传授正宗的烹调方式和食谱。由于擅长烹调,这些年来,我曾经经营数间客家餐馆。

近年来,频频听市场上很难品尝美味和传统的客家美食。为了不让正宗传统客家美食失传和让更多的后人分享正宗传统客家美食,在朋友和家人的鼓励下,我决定开启这部落格。喜欢客家菜的朋友们,欢迎你们下订单,我保证你们吃的津津有味。谢谢!

Hakka cuisine, as one of the three Guangdong cuisines, consists of the infamous yong tau fu, fried pork, yam abacus, drunken chicken,ginger duck stew, stewed pork trotter in block vinegar, steamed mustard pork belly, pork trotter and etc. Apart from that, there are also the little-known stuffed eggs, chopped preserved radish, fried lotus root and stuffed oyster.

As a Hakka, I started learning to cook the traditional Hakka dishes from my parents since the age of seven. Several decades later, I have inherited the authentic cooking methods and recipes of the traditional Hakka dishes. As a result of my expertise in cooking, I have operated several Hakka restaurants in the past.

In recent years, I have consistently been informed that it is very difficult to taste authentic and delicious Hakka dishes in the market. To ensure that the taste of authentic Hakka dishes do not disappear from the future generations and that the future generations is able to continue tasting authentic and delicious Hakka dishes, I have decided to set up this blog under the encouragement of friends and family.
